1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of boogietoes.com, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through our website (the "Site"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Site or use our services.

2. Products and Pricing

All product descriptions, including pricing, are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Prices displayed on our Site are in US Dollars and do not include taxes, which will be added at checkout based on your shipping address. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding pricing.

3. Orders and Payment

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

Payment must be received prior to acceptance of an order. We accept credit cards and other forms of electronic payment. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and authorize us to charge your payment method for any orders placed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

For international shipments, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other charges. We comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations.

5. Returns and Refunds

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@boogietoes.com with your order number and reason for return. Items that are damaged, incomplete, or misused are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Boogie Toes, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.
